🌿 Kebaonish Tea Journey — Week 3: Respect (Mnaadendiwin)
Our Kebaonish Tea Journey continues this week.
Last week, we continued with Love (Zaagidwin). This week, we move on to the third tea in our seven-week journey — Respect (Mnaadendiwin).
🦬 Respect (Mnaadendiwin)
The third tea in our Kebaonish Tea Journey is Respect (Mnaadendiwin), represented by the Buffalo.
The Buffalo reminds us to respect ourselves, others, and all of Creation. It also teaches us about humility and the importance of recognizing that everything is connected.
I like this teaching because it reminds us to slow down and appreciate the people and the world around us.
🍵 A Cup of Respect
The Kebaonish Respect tea is a herbal blend with ginger, orange peel, turmeric, hibiscus, beet, and black pepper.
For me, what makes this tea special is the balance of flavours.
The ginger gives it a little kick, while the orange peel adds a fresh, bright note. The hibiscus brings a lovely tartness to the cup.
With turmeric and black pepper also in the blend, this feels like a tea that is kind to our bodies. ❤️
Warm, zesty, refreshing, and nicely balanced — I really enjoy this one. 😋
🌿 Until Next Week
I hope this week’s tea gives you a little moment to slow down and enjoy.
I’ll be back next week with the next tea in our Kebaonish Tea Journey.
See you next week for Tea #4. 🍵
