There are a lot of possibilities to make Tea Cocktails.
I will add Tea MarTEAni recipe here. When you try them, let me know what you think! 

1. Earl Grey MarTEAni

Ingredients:
2oz Vodka
1tsp Maple Syrup
2tsp Earl Grey Tea from CHA CHA TEA
4oz boiling water
Ice Cubes
A lemon wedge for garnish 

Directions:
  1. Steep the tea in boiling water for 4 minutes and strain. It makes 3oz very strong brewed Earl Grey tea.
  2. Pour Earl Grey Tea, Vodka, Maple Syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  3. Shake well
  4. Strain into Martini Glass
  5. Garnish with lemon
  6. Enjoy! 🍸

 

2. Irish Breakfast MarTEAni

Ingredients:
2oz Vodka
2tsp Irish Breakfast Tea from CHA CHA TEA
4oz boiling water
Ice Cubes
1tsp EACH Irish breakfast tea leave & Sugar for the rim of the martini glass

Directions:

  1. Steep the tea in boiling water for 4 minutes and strain. It makes 3oz very strong brewed Irish Breakfast tea.
  2. Meanwhile, on a shallow plate, combine sugar and tea leaves together for the rim.
  3. Moisten the rim of the glass with water and then dip it into the tea leaves and sugar mix.
  4. Pour Irish Breakfast Tea and Vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  5. Shake well
  6. Strain into the prepared glass
  7. Enjoy! 🍸

 

3. Sencha Infused Vodka MarTEAni

Ingredients for Sencha Infused Vodka:
2 tsp Sencha from CHA CHA TEA
1 cup of Vodka

Put tea leaves and vodka in a glass jar. Cover and let steep for 2 to 4 hours. Strain and discard tea leaves. Store infused vodka in a sealed jar at room temperature until ready to use.

Ingredients for MarTEAni
1oz Sencha infused Vodka
1oz  Sour apple puss
Ice Cubes
3oz Sprite

Orange Sugar and a lime wedge for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Moisten the rim of the glass with water and then dip it into the orange sugar.
  2. Pour Sencha infused Vodka and Apple Puss into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  3. Shake well
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Add sprite and stir
  6. Enjoy! 🍸

4. Japanese Girls' Day Peach Tea MarTEAni

Ingredients:
2oz Japanese Whisky
1/2tsp Peach schnapps
1/2tsp Maple Syrup
2tsp Peach Apricot Tea from CHA CHA TEA
4oz boiling water
Ice Cubes 

Directions:
    1. Steep the tea in boiling water for 4 minutes and strain. It makes 3oz very strong brewed tea.
    2. Pour Peach Apricot Tea, Whisky, Maple Syrup and Peach schnapps into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
    3. Shake well
    4. Strain into Martini Glass
    5. Enjoy! 🍸
