Fukamushi means deep steamed. It has been steamed twice long as the usual method of making Sencha.

Shin-Cha literally means "New Tea".  In Japan, we have the tradition of celebrating Shincha, the first tea of the year, also known as Ichiban-cha. 

It is a deeply rich and smooth taste and it is available only at this harvest season – just once a year!
